Cisco, EMC, and VMW have formed a partnership to create corporate-focused product called V-Block. Essentially the partnership will sell and provide maintenance for a new integrated data center that uses the capabilities of the three companies combined.

The cloud infrastructure for the product will be built by all three companies.
